About

I don't talk about paths. I've walked them, more than once.

I don't talk about paths. I've walked them, more than once.

I work where strategy, structure, and leadership meet, in organizations pulled apart by complexity, change, and conflicting demands. With executive teams, I cut through fragmentation and bring clarity to situations where skilled people are still stuck. I turn complicated dynamics into decisions people can actually act on, and make sure strategies get carried through, not just agreed on.

I read complex systems well. Where others see chaos, I see patterns, and turn them into structures that let organizations grow. This is grounded in a Master's in Business Psychology, board-readiness training, an ongoing Executive MBA in General Management & Digital Transformation at the University of Zurich, and over 20 years of hands-on experience, from startups to large corporations.

My sense for people, dynamics, and how systems really work started earlier, though, with the violin, and years playing in national and international symphony orchestras. Music taught me timing, coordination, and what it takes to make many parts work as one. I use that every day with the teams and organizations I work with now.

With my clients, I help set bold decisions in motion: change, growth, a way of doing business that shapes what's next instead of reacting to it. And through all of it, day-to-day operations stay firmly under control.

"Being prepared gives us the reassuring feeling of calm when a storm looms on the horizon.
