I'm a business psychologist and change expert. I work with companies, leadership teams, and senior executives who don't just endure change, they use it as a launchpad into the future.

I start from the future, not the past. Where you stand today matters, but it's only the starting point. The real question is: where do you want to go, and what is quietly holding you back from being there already? This is how we break the behavioral patterns that keep people and organizations stuck, often without anyone realizing it.

I work in the moments that matter most: when the strategy is set but no one's really behind it. When transformation has been announced but has quietly stalled. When change is overdue and no one wants to take the first step.

That's why I founded Dianoia GmbH. Dianoia is Ancient Greek for a kind of thinking that never settles for the first opinion. It works, step by step, toward insight that actually holds. Not gut feeling. Not a hunch. A systematic, deliberate, repeatable method. 

My ambition: not to keep this an exception for the few, but to make it a method for every company and every person who wants more.
