Sonja Schmid, MSc, is a business psychologist and an expert in transformation and organizational development. She is the founder of Dianoia GmbH and has spent more than 20 years working in a range of roles at the intersection of strategy, structure and leadership. Her focus is on organizations where high complexity, pressure to change and conflicting expectations converge. She is currently completing her Executive MBA in General Management and Digital Transformation at the University of Zurich, including residencies in Building Moonshots & Radical Innovation at Stanford University and in High-Performance Teams & Negotiation at the Yale School of Management. Her current research explores how multinational companies successfully implement global strategies at the local level.
Tamara Carleton, PhD, is one of the world's leading experts in radical innovation and strategic foresight. She is CEO of the Innovation Leadership Group, holds the UNESCO Chair in Anticipatory Leadership, and teaches at business schools and technical universities around the world. She has authored several standard works on innovation, including the award-winning Building Moonshots: 50+ Ways to Turn Radical Ideas into Reality and the Playbook for Strategic Foresight and Innovation. She earned her PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University.
